Kitten VeterinaryAs a kitten veterinary, we understand the unique needs of kittens and their owners. Kittens require special handling techniques, a low-stress hospital environment, and veterinary care focused on current trends in feline health management.

At Russell Creek Pet Clinic & Hospital, we provide our cat patients with premiere veterinary care. Our compassionate and knowledgeable team make every effort to ensure that our kitten patients receive the feline-specific attention they deserve. Each staff member is trained in the optimal methods to handle kittens to lower their stress and ease the process of performing important medical procedures. We maintain a “quiet” facility to aid in the transition of our feline patients to the clinic environment to further reduce their anxiety so they can better tolerate their visit.

Kitten owners can also be assured that their precious feline companion receives veterinary services that are designed especially with their pet’s environment, home care, and lifestyle in mind. All exams, vaccines, tests, and recommended services and medications are determined on a case-by-case basis using the most up-to-date research and treatment protocols in feline veterinary care.

Changing trends in veterinary medicine have led to the increased awareness of how important wellness care is for kittens given the many options that exist for feeding, disease prevention, and the diagnostic tools that are now available. At the forefront of kitten owners’ concerns is often what is right for their kitten when striving to provide their pet with optimal veterinary care. Our doctors carefully explain to each kitten owner what is right for their individual pet in terms of preventative testing, medications, diet, and vaccines.
