We love Dr. Greenwood and his staff! We brought in a new rescue cat for shots and a health check. Dr. Greenwood helped us so much with great advice, including giving us more accurate information about our kitten’s age than the shelter had. The staff is loving and gentle with our pet, and they were very receptive to getting us a very quick follow-up appointment… but more on that in my next review! We definitely picked a great vet and clinic!!!
My 2 German Shepherds are always taken very good care of when there. They get what I call medi/pedi but they get full baths. Jordan and everyone else is so very nice and patient and loves our doggies.
They did a great job taking care of my dog while I was away on vacation. Groomed her and sent pictures along the way and were very accommodating with any request I had. Definitely would recommend.
Drs. Greenwell and Champlin always take great care of my fur baby! The staff is top notch – always very helpful.
My pet received great care. I got to meet the Vet and thank him for taking excellent care of my cat during and after his surgery. The staff sent pictures while he stayed there. Couldn’t ask for better care.
Russell Creek is an exceptional place to leave your fur babies! The team is WONDERFUL! Bailey had a great stay and so did our puppy Sterling! They send you text messages showing you how your dog/cat is doing! I felt like the “girls” were very well taken care of and I know they cared!
Everyone at the office was very polite and professional. The doctor took his time with my dog and I felt like he was in very good hands during his first meeting. The technician helping the doctor was also very kind and kept letting Choco know everything was okay.
Love how caring and attentive the Vet and staff are! When my kitty was there for 7 days, they gave us several updates and texted pictures to help ease our worries. We will continue to bring our pets to their lovely office!
I use this facility frequently for boarding (very affordable rates) and grooming services for my small dog. Very welcoming environment. Staff is courteous and professional. Groomer does an excellent job.
We have entrusted the care of our kitties to Dr. Greenwell and his staff for over 20 years. Dr. Greenwell truly cares about the health and care of his patients. He takes the time to explain what is going on with the health of our kitties to make sure we understand. The entire staff is kind and caring to all fur babies.
